Shipping policy

Damages and issues.
If your item/product appears to be damaged during shipping, we have no obligation to refund or replace said item/product without an investigation. We will get in contact with the couriers to make things right with yourself, whether this is refunded, replaced or credited through store credit.

 

Shipping Times.
Shipping times can vary between many things such as Countries, States and City. Please bare this in mind as the shipping date you're given is only an estimate, sometimes it can come sooner. If you do not receive the item within the shipping period, please contact the Support Team through email with your Order ID and Tracking ID if you have these to hand.
